1) HERE’S HOW TO PLAY: The Gillette Fusion ProGlide Instant Win Game (the “Game”)
begins 12:00:00 (start of day) ET on 10/8/12 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on 1/6/13 (the “Promotion Period”). There
will be a total of 3 monthly entry periods (each a “Monthly Entry Period”) – see chart below for details.
During the Promotion Period, using your web-enabled mobile device, scan the QR Code located on Gillette Fusion
ProGlide displays in participating retail locations OR visit www.gillette.com/nfl and follow the on-screen instructions to
register, input a UPC Code from a qualified Gillette Fusion ProGlide product and play the Game. Non-winners for each monthly
period will also be entered into a Second Chance drawing for any unclaimed/unawarded prizes for each period per Rule #4. NO
PURCHASE NECESSARY – if you do not have a UPC code, a free code will be available on the website at
www.gillette.com/nfl. Click here for a list of qualified
Gillette Fusion ProGlide products. Data rates may apply for participation via a web-enabled mobile device; entrant should
check with his/her wireless service provider on these and any other applicable charges.

After playing the Game, you will receive an onscreen Official Game Message (“Game Message”). If your Game
Message indicates you are the winner of an instant win prize, you win the prize specified, subject to verification and
eligibility. If your Game Message does not indicate you are the winner of an instant win prize, indicates any
non-winning Game Message, or a blank screen appears, or you do not receive a Game Message, you are not eligible to claim a
prize. Potential Grand Prize Winners for each Monthly Entry Period will not be verified/notified until 2
business days after the conclusion of the Monthly Entry Period.
Instant winners will be determined through
random computer generation methodology. Odds of winning a prize will depend upon the date and time of your play. Limit one
Game Play per email address per Monthly Entry Period. A person can only use one email address to register/play.
Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Game.

ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who
are 18 years of age or older as of the last day of the month prior to the date of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble,
the NFL Entities (as defined below) and any of their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies
(collectively "Released Parties") and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of
each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
3) PRIZES (See chart above for number of prizes available for each Monthly Entry
Period): 1,374 prizes, with a total approximate retail value of $51,824.40 will be available as follows: Three
(3) Grand Prizes: Each winner will receive a trip for winner and a guest to Super Bowl XLVII in New
Orleans, LA. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home, 4-nights
hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), (2) Super Bowl admission tickets, ground transportation to/from
airport/hotel and hotel/Super Bowl game and a check for $1,000 for the winner. (Approximate Retail Value: $7,150 per
prize). Actual retail value of the prize will depend on winner's point of departure/return. Winner and guest must travel on
same itinerary. If the Grand Prize winner lives within a 250 mile radius of New Orleans, LA (in Sponsor’s sole
discretion) winner will receive $500 travel stipend in lieu of air transportation. Winner and guest are solely responsible
for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, additional transportation,
baggage fees, souvenirs, upgraded room accommodations and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. Sponsor is not
responsible for lost, mutilated or stolen travel documents or game tickets, postponement or cancellation of the game or
issues arising from game venue operation and management. In the event the game is cancelled or postponed for any reason,
including due to lock-out or strike, Sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof but the remainder
of the trip will be awarded. (1) First Prize – An EA SPORTS Madden NFL Game Room consisting of a
$2,000 Visa Gift Card that can be used for an HDTV and a gaming console, a pair of Madden NFL 13 Nike Shoes, a set of five
(5) sponsor-specified EA SPORTS games and a signed Calvin Johnson football jersey (Approximate Retail Value: $2,700);
Ten (10) Second Prizes: Each winner will receive an XBOX 360 Console with Kinect
Sensor and built-in WiFi – 4 GB (Approximate Retail Value: $300 per prize); One Hundred (100)
Third Prizes: Each winner will receive a Madden NFL 13 video game. Specific game console version to be determined by
Sponsor. (Approximate Retail Value: $60 per prize); Sixty (60) Fourth Prizes: an autographed
Clay Matthews regulation size football (Approximate Retail Value: $42.99 per prize); One Hundred (100)
Fifth Prizes: Each winner will receive a Gillette branded sport duffel bag (Approximate Retail Value: $21 per
prize); Two Hundred (200) Sixth Prizes: Each winner will receive a $20 NFLShop.com gift certificate
(awarded in the form of an online code); One Hundred (100) Seventh Prizes: Each winner will receive
a a supply of Shave Prep for a Year awarded in the form of five (5) 7 oz. cans of Gillette ProGlide HydraSmooth (Approximate
Retail Value: $19.95 per prize); Eight Hundred (800) Eighth Prizes – Each winner
will receive a $10 NFLShop.com gift certificate (awarded in the form of an online code). Terms and conditions on gift
cards/gift certificates apply.
Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prizes. Limit one Grand,
First, Second, Third and Fourth Prize per person.
4) SECOND CHANCE DRAWINGS: Unclaimed/unawarded Grand, First, Second, Third and Fourth prizes from each Monthly Entry Period will be awarded in a second chance drawing from among all eligible entries received for that Monthly Entry Period. Limit one second chance drawing entry per person per Monthly Entry Period. A person can only use one email address to enter. Second chance drawings (if applicable) will be conducted on/about 2 business days after the conclusion of each Monthly Entry Period by D.L. Blair Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning a prize in a second chance drawing (if applicable) depend on the number of unclaimed/unawarded prizes and the total number of eligible entries received for that Monthly Entry Period. Potential second chance drawing winners will be notified by email/overnight delivery.
5) GENERAL RULES: Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified via email and
overnight delivery. Potential Grand Prize winners (and parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in
his/her state of residence) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize
Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within five (5) days of
attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable
will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Traveling
companion (and parent/legal guardian if traveling companion is a minor in his/her state of residence) must also complete and
return a Release of Liability within five (5) days of winner’s attempted
notification. If winner is a minor, winner’s parent/legal guardian will be required to accompany winner on trip and
will count as the winner’s guest. If a minor is selected as a traveling companion, winner must be his/her parent/legal
guardian. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to departure. All travelers must
agree to depart and return on dates specified by the Sponsor; dates of departure and return are subject to change. No
substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater
value. Verified winners will be notified by phone/e-mail/mail. All applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize and
any expenses relating to the acceptance/use of prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. If an
entrant submits more than the stated number of entries/plays permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant
attempted to obtain additional entries/plays by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other
method, all entries/plays submitted by the entrant may be declared null and void. Entrants/winners (and parent/legal
guardian if entrant/winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released
Parties from and against any and all liability (including damages caused or claimed to be caused) arising out of
participation in the promotion and/or acceptance/use of prize, and agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the
judges’ decisions, which are final. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use
winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a
winners list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree that claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. In
the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes
materials and the terms and conditions of theOfficial Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All
material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for any
typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the
prizes.
NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR
UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE
MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor is
not responsible for faulty, incorrect or mistranscribed phone/e-mail transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind,
technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or
resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable network
connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate
in the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive
e-mail filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user's e-mail
account to receive e-mail.Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical
failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the
administration or security of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion.
In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and a drawing to award all remaining prizes will be conducted
from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. In the event a dispute arises regarding the identity of the
entrant, entry will be deemed made by the person whose name appears on the online registration form. Any damage made to the
Web Site by an entrant will be the responsibility of the entrant and/or the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail
address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a production or other error, neither Sponsor nor Released Parties
shall have any liability. If for any reason, including but not limited to an administrative, printing, production, computer
or other error or due to technical difficulties or incorrect announcements of any kind, more winning official game messages
are distributed, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level according to these Official
Rules, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize
level. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. Proof of submitting entries
will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any entries/plays that are suspected of being fraudulent (including
those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations
made solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual/account holder if fraud or
tampering is suspected or if the individual/account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated
herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
The National Football League, its member professional
football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions LLC, NFL
International LLC, NFL Players Association, NFL Players, Inc., and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates,
shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”)
will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Game or any prize
awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Game in any way.
